We're not going to pretend otherwise. Past guests have occasionally flagged small things — like kitchen supplies that weren't fully stocked — and we'd rather you see that kind of honest feedback than a wall of five-star quotes that feels too good to be true. When something's been raised, we've worked to fix it for the next guest.
